Blackburn North Bowling Club offers the following club memberships

| Social | Social membership provides a member with access to the club facilities and allows participation in social bowls events and club competitions. | $120 |
| Full | Full membership provides a member with all the benefits of a Social membership as well as allowing the member to participate in the pennant competition organised by Bowls Victoria. | $320 |
| First Year Xtra | The club offers members the opportunity to participate in their first year of the pennant competition at no additional cost. Following their first year of participation members will need to take a full membership in subsequent years to continue to participate in the pennant competition. | $120 |
